Your character has discovered a Grimoire.
If she is capable of casting the spells described, she may use the Grimoire to learn those rotes with Experiences, or cast following the Grimoire’s instructions to gain the rote quality.
Each dot in this Merit allows for the Grimoire to contain two rotes of any Arcanum rating.
